Bad Habits

Do you have bad habits? I do! and I have a lot of them.
The most annoying habit that I have is that I start to be sleepy when it is 8pm, and I feel the need to sleep even if it is too late to take a nap during the day. The worst part is that when I sleep around 8, I sleep till 10 p.m.or 11 p.m. or 12 p.m., and when I wake up, I feel that I have a lot of energy to start a new day! I also struggle to sleep during the night and that is why I stay awake until 4 a.m. or 3 a.m. or even 5 a.m., then I can sleep for a couple of hours. And because of this habit I have, I feel tired during the day until it is 8 again. Another bad habit that I have is that I bite my fingernails when I don’t paint them. When I get nervous or when I stress, the first thing I do is to bite my nails and this happens unconsciously. But the interesting thing is that when I paint them, whenever I bite my nails, I realize that I am biting them and I immediately stop doing it!
