Music is More Than Entertainment

Music can be more than mere entertainment. It can affect our emotions, our mood and inspire us. Music is also a remedy for the soul and mind. There’s all kinds of music genres that we can choose from to listen to. The variety of music genres alongside with the lyrics and rhythm give everyone the opportunity of choosing and having a favorite one.

Music is also known for helping you better concentrate on the things that you are doing. Moreover, it can affect your learning process and health. It can reduce the level of stress  after a hard day having to complete your essay in 2 hours while you had 2 weeks.

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” – Nikola Tesla

Tesla said it. Einstein agreed. Science proved it.Everything, even our bodies are made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. So, it’s interesting to see what kind of influence the frequency has on us regarding music. The way that frequencies affect the physical world was demonstrated through the science of Cymatics and water memory. Cymatics illustrate when “sound frequencies move through a particular medium such as water, air, or sand, they directly alter the vibration of matter.”

“Most music worldwide has been tuned to A=440 Hz since the International Standards Organization (ISO) promoted it in 1953.” However, studies have shown that changing the frequency of the music to A=432 Hz instead, can benefit us.

“432 Hz is said to be mathematically consistent with the patterns of the universe. It is said that 432 Hz vibrates with the universe’s golden mean PHI and unifies the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity and magnetism with biology, the DNA code, and consciousness. When our atoms and DNA start to resonate in harmony with the spiralling pattern of nature, our sense of connection to nature is said to be intensified.”
