How to Bake Brownie Cake

Brownie cake is one of the most famous and delicious cakes in the world. Although it does not have rich look like many other cakes, its taste is better than others’. So, today I want to tell you how to make an ideal Brownie Cake.
Firstly let’s see what ingredients you need to have on hand.
Cake
100 g or ½ cup unsalted butter
100 g flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
200 g or 1 cup brown sugar
125 g chocolate (dark)
1 tbsp golden syrup
2 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
Ganache
200 g whipped cream
240 g chocolate
1. Heat the oven to 180 C or 350 F and grease 20 cm cake tin with butter or oil.
2. Add chopped chocolate, golden syrup, and brown sugar to the butter and melt on heat until smooth. Then take it off the heat and let it cool a little bit. You can melt the ingredients in the microwave as well.
3. You need to add eggs, vanilla extract, salt, baking soda, cocoa powder and flour to the melted constituents and whisk them.
4. Pour it into the prepared cake tin and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
5. Hit whipped cream for 2 minutes in a bowl and then carefully add chocolate into cream and mix them until smooth. Then take it off and let sit 5 minutes.
