4 Healthy Habits

1. Healthy food.
No matter how trite it may sound, this is the most difficult thing in the restructuring of the body.
After the first days of proper nutrition, the hand is drawn to something harmful, there is nothing wrong with this, it will pass if you want to, understand that this will not bring anything useful to your body, and in 30 minutes you will want to eat again.
Couscous or cinnamon salad will always be more nutritious than chips or a bar in which a daily dose of sugar (I mean bar Milkyway, Twix and so on).
Better before you go to work or study, make lunch boxing out of what you love. Then when the time comes for a snack, you will not think about what to buy you.

2. Drink Water

About the need to drink about 8 glasses of water a day, probably even today children know. Nevertheless, we still ignore this rule either because of forgetfulness, or because of laziness. Clean water is a kind of fuel, even more important than food, which will maintain our health throughout the day. Many of us experience unexplained headaches, dizziness, bouts of irritation, dry skin and other unpleasant symptoms that arise for the reason who would have thought dehydration. Of course, drinking so much water from unaccustomed use is not an easy task, especially for 3-5 days, but if you gradually increase the volume or set the alarms, then this is not a problem.

3. Healthy Sleep

Your body needs to rest plenty of time. Otherwise you will feel irritable and tired. Sleep is important for a good emotional and mental well-being. Lack of sleep contributes to the development of psychiatric problems, and also adversely affects memory, learning and logical skills.
To avoid problems associated with inadequate sleep, you need to sleep 7-10 hours a night. Children need more hours of sleep depending on their age.

4. Give up unhealthy habits

Perhaps you feel that there is some habit that you would like to get rid of, but your hands do not reach. It’s time, take an important step and drop it. You will see that in 30 days it will pass, and a healthy habit will come to a new place. You will wonder how you could live and obey so long.
